Immediate self expression, not ‘ I have to do this right now’ but something that stays in your head waiting to be created, seen, and understood. This is what street art is to me. It's not graffiti, or public defacing of property, it's something for everybody to share and experience at the cost of none.
Each artist is different trying to send a different message. once you have seen one urban artist you have not seen it all. Explore your city, downtown, uptown, everywhere, You could have hidden art anywhere.
A street artist usually hides the identity so the audience can freely react to their work without a biased opinion. this first artist falls under that category.
Banksy
This street artist has created lots of controversial pieces, in the matter where people question whether or not his work is inspirational or hopeless.

Invader
He's your classic guy. His work features pixelated images usually of 1970’s up until today game characters. His work is a great example of “beauty is in the eye of the beholder”. A lot of people see his work with no message or purpose. But others see his work as telling a story of what is really happening around us.

Os Gêmeos(twins)
Twin brothers with larger than life pieces. Their art often includes these yellow characters acting or belittling everyday human activities. Their art speaks for itself. The more you see, the more you want to know.
